Nottasorn Plipat MD
Dr. Plipat is a board certified Pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She received her medical degree from the Prince of Songkla University in Thailand. After moving to the USA, she completed her Pediatric Residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago and Pediatric Infectious Diseases Fellowship from the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, Northwestern University. Following her training, she returned to Thailand as a clinical research physician at the U.S. Pediatric AIDS Clinical Trial Group international site, providing care for HIV-infected children and adolescents for almost 4 years. Dr. Plipat later returned to the U.S. and completed her PhD in Epidemiological Science at the University of Michigan School of Public Health. Her medical interests include common infectious diseases, preventive care and promotion of healthy habits in children.
